Could you offer skills, knowledge, creativity and inspiration to help build a community where everyone feels safe? Are you looking to develop great connections and enhance your professional network?

Board Directors meet monthly in Wangaratta or online as required. To join our Board, complete the online application form by following the link on the left panel of this webpage.

We believe having a range of perspectives, backgrounds and lived experiences on the board helps make sure decisions are well considered and reflect the needs of our community and clients. Diversity in thinking and experience also helps ensure we continue to be innovative and agile.

We are committed to building a diverse and talented Board and welcome applications that mirror the inclusive nature of our organisation. As a skills based board we are seeking professionals with experience in finance, information technology, previous board governance, risk and compliance. We also encourage people with lived experience, and younger people aged 18-30 years.

If you are ready to step into a fantastic opportunity, then please contact us! Please start by reading our Board Director Information Pack to learn more.

Applicants who demonstrate they have the necessary skills will be asked to an informal interview. The interview is an opportunity to explore the expectations on both sides and ensure a great fit for all.
